Personal Trainer Log (17/01/12): Shake day #2 on Isagenix 9 Day clegoing well so far! @ gym, 45 mins. cardio & back (pullups, t-bar row, lat pulldown, back exts).
 
Winter/Spring Yoga classes starting tonight for 15 weeks! Get your ohmmm on :)

Personal Trainer Log: back at it! Yesterday, back and biceps with abs - pull-ups, cable rows, plank and dumbbell rows, oblique crunches, dead bug on BOSU ball, medicine ball v-sit twists & biking. Today, chest and triceps - Dumbbell press, incline press, hanging dips and cable rope extensions & crosstrainer. What are your workout plans now that the holidays are almost over?

January 2012 Yoga Classes STARTING SOON - register now!!!

Hello Yogis & Yoginis,

January is just around the corner, and that means so is our Winter/Spring Yoga session! If you would like to register for the session please send us an email A.S.A.P. to reserve your spot! Spaces are limited.

Here are the class details:

Start Date: January 17, 2012
Time: 7-8pm every Tuesday evening
Duration: 15 weeks (till the end of April)
Location: Lisa Menzies House - 3950 Melfort Cres. (closest intersection is Winston Churchill & Burnamthorpe Rd.)
Cost: $150 (+ HST = $169.50) for 15 weeks. Cash or cheque is acceptable (please make cheques out to Carla Pagniello)
Equipment required: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks & Strap (optional but recommended, inexpensive at Winners)

* There are still some spots left so if you have friends and family who would like to join or know of anyone who could benefit from doing yoga, please invite them to join us and forward this message onto them.

Day #2

Saturday Dec. 17th/11: active rest day - acquired new toy for clients and home gym, Century Kickboxing Bag. Need to fill with pea gravel and water. Now that's a workout! Also going to practice learning martial arts and cook a nice steak dinner w sweet potatoes. Busy day ahead!
