Nutrition Counselling

A trainer will sit down with you and examine your habits, likes, dislikes, and knowledge of nutrition. We will have you prepare a food log, noting each day – exactly what, how much, and when you ate, and how you felt during those times of the day.

From that, we will analyze your log, provide you with information you need to know about what you are eating, and give you expert suggestions to improve your eating habits. We will then help you construct a nutrition plan that builds proper eating habits that you can sustain for the rest of your life.
