Program Design
We specialize in constructing training programs for those that wish to work out on their own without a trainer. The entire program design process takes about 3 hours.
The program design will consist of an in depth phone consultation with a trainer, program construction, and a one-on-one session with a trainer to go through the entire program with you, making sure you walk away understanding the program completely. Programs will be customized to suit your desired needs so that you can obtain your desired goals.
